The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi to effectively communicate with a wide customer base. Your role will involve cold calling, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and helping schedule appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a given database. Explain company products/services clearly and confidently. Answer queries and handle objections smartly. Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Keep detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups. Requirements: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role. Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call logs preferred. Minimum qualification: Graduation is a plus.
